How to improve the quality of the battery and reduce the defective rate of the battery? This is a comprehensive project, including several aspects: qualified raw materials, mature production technology, advanced and stable machinery and equipment, and scientific testing methods and strict testing procedures.
Today, I will analyze from the production process, mainly from the three aspects of production process, machine equipment and testing, to briefly explain our main points in the production of batteries.
#1-Production Process of Battery:
A good production process is a long-term accumulation and continuous improvement process. It requires long-term accumulated and summarized operating technical experience, and it is also the technical regulations that production workers and related engineering and technical personnel should abide by. A good production process is the premise and guarantee of high-quality products. Our company has been producing disposable batteries since 1999, specializing in the production of alkaline batteries and carbon batteries, and has accumulated rich experience. At the same time, we cooperate with the national battery laboratory and conduct technical exchanges on a regular basis. We will assign engineers to the national laboratory to participate in experiments to verify the experimental results of each modification. The entire production process has been continuously updated with the improvement of machinery and equipment and the improvement of raw materials, and each production stage is guaranteed by a mature production process.
#2-Machinery and Equipment of Battery:
Since 1999, semi-finished production machines have been used, the first generation of fully automatic production lines were replaced in 2009, and the second generation of fully automatic production lines were replaced in 2016. The machines and equipment have been updated and progressed. The replacement of machinery and equipment not only improves the efficiency, but also improves the stability of the battery and improves the consistency of the battery. Our current fully automatic production line adopts the technology of Japan’s Sony, and the whole process is controlled by computer. Through advanced machinery and equipment and more refined production steps, the quality of the battery has been guaranteed and improved in terms of storage period, liquid leakage resistance and electrical performance.
#3-Inspection of Battery:
It mainly talks about the inspection in the production stage,
1, Positive ring detection: height, weight, outer diameter,
2, Add electrolyte: weighing
3, zinc gel: weighing
Randomly check the measurement every 10 minutes. There is a written record for 2 hours. The purpose is to ensure the uniformity of battery discharge.
4,Each bare battery is weighed and unqualified batteries are removed. Some batteries may have one positive ring missing, or less zinc.
5, Random sampling of bare battery every day, sampling 50 batteries for discharge detection and High temperature test.
We produce qualified products through mature production technology, advanced production equipment, and scientific testing methods. In this way, we have experimented with the shelf life of the battery from 3 years to 5 years, and achieved a non-performing rate of 3/100,000, which is also far ahead in the industry.
